We are looking for a technology- and innovation-driven professional to lead our Software Development team. Your primary mission will be to plan, coordinate, and drive the department’s technological projects, ensuring the quality of developed solutions, system evolution, and service excellence. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? * Analyze and define functional requirements, translating them into technically viable solutions aligned with the integration of existing systems and platforms. * Plan and coordinate team activities, prioritizing tasks based on criticality and ensuring an efficient workload balance. * Monitor the performance and evolution of developed applications and systems, identifying improvement opportunities and driving corrective and evolutionary actions to guarantee their security, stability, and efficiency. * Lead the modernization and updating of legacy systems, supporting their continuity, maintenance, and adaptation to future business needs. * Analyze technological challenges, develop new proposals, and promote innovative solutions that add value to projects and the organization. * Foster a collaborative, developmental, and continuously improving environment within the technical team.
