We are currently **seeking a Kitchen Assistant** to join our team and reinforce weekend shifts. We value teamwork, organizational skills, and motivation to deliver a high-quality experience to our customers. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Basic food preparation and cooking following kitchen team instructions. * Assisting with plating and presentation of dishes. * Cleaning, cutting, and preparing ingredients. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. * Receiving, storing, and restocking goods. * Monitoring and ensuring proper food storage and preservation, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. * Washing tableware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service. **Requirements:** ----------- * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling and food hygiene. * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to maintain service quality during peak activity periods. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and positive disposition. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required. * Valid food handler’s certificate. **What we offer:** --------------------- * Indefinite contract. * Salary above the collective agreement. * Weekend-focused schedule—ideal for combining with studies or other activities. * Positive work environment.
