Ona Hotels & Apartments is a company specialized in the management and operation of holiday resorts. Currently, the company has a portfolio of 42 accommodations, most of which are located in Spain's main tourist destinations. We are experiencing strong growth and expansion! Therefore, we are seeking a 'KITCHEN ASSISTANT' to join the ONA team in Alcudia! What would your responsibilities be? · Prepare ingredients: peel, boil, cut, etc. · Assist in preparing and cooking specials according to customer requirements or requests. · Food preparation and handling. · Mix ingredients to prepare sauces or dressings. · Assist in preparing dishes ready for service. · Clean and organize the kitchen and utensils. · Store food in appropriate areas (pantry, refrigerator, freezer, etc.). · Monitor food stock levels. · Manage order control. · Comply with food hygiene and sanitation regulations. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION EDUCATION - Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism EXPERIENCE - Minimum 1 year of experience - LANGUAGE SKILLS / OTHER KNOWLEDGE - Native Spanish speaker; additional languages are an asset. Skills: - Versatility - Ability to work as part of a team. - Organizational skills. - Willingness to learn and initiative.
