We are selecting a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team immediately. We are seeking someone with a proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, and enthusiasm to contribute to the daily operations of our kitchen. * **Start date:** Immediate. * **Contract type:** Temporary (Summer season / continuation based on performance). * **Salary:** To be agreed upon according to collective agreement / experience. The position offers two clearly defined scheduling periods: * **From start date until August 15:** * **Schedule:** Afternoon shift, from **14:00 to 21:10**. * **Working days:** Availability from Monday to Sunday. * **Rest days:** **3 rotating days off per week**. * **From August 16 onward:** * **Schedule:** Morning shift, from **10:00 to 13:30**. * **Working days:** From **Monday to Saturday**. * **Rest days:** Sundays off. **Main responsibilities:** * Assisting the chef in ingredient preparation. * Cleaning, organizing, and disinfecting the work area, utensils, and equipment. * Plating and support during service. * Inventory control and proper food storage.
