At **Tesein388**, we continue to grow and are seeking to hire a **Junior Quantity Surveyor** to support the management and execution of our construction projects. **This position is exclusively for candidates holding a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, with official recognition in Spain.** ***We are not seeking candidates with backgrounds in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Space Design.*** **What will you do?** You will work alongside the site team, participating in: * Planning and monitoring construction project execution. * Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and various trades. * Quantity surveying, certification, and cost control. * Review of drawings and technical documentation. * Procurement and material supply management. * Supervision of work quality. * Support in adhering to scheduling, Health and Safety regulations. * Communication with the design team and other technical staff. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * 0–2 years of on-site experience (internships considered). * Strong interest in professional development within construction execution and project management. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Presto, Revit, or BIM methodology is advantageous. * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B). * Organized, proactive individual eager to learn and collaborate effectively within a team. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment with an established company. * Training and mentoring from day one. * Involvement in diverse construction projects. * A professional development plan with genuine growth opportunities. * A positive and supportive working environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit. **Why Tesein388?** We believe in people, in doing work well, and in continuous learning.
