DESCRIPTION Quality ETT is selecting Industrial Assembly Operators to join a company located in the Alt Camp area. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to various tasks within the production process. No specific trade expertise is required, but candidates must demonstrate interest in learning, teamwork, and contributing to a growing project. Responsibilities * Assembly and mounting of panels and components for the manufacturing of residential modules. * Mounting of lightweight metal profiles. * Installation and assembly of PVC ducts and components. * Basic assembly tasks involving electrical components (conduits, boxes, and auxiliary elements). * Sealing and finishing of panels. * Support in various production and assembly tasks as required by the factory. * Material handling and use of hand tools. * Maintaining workplace order and cleanliness. Offer * Initial employment through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency). * Salary: €13.64/h \- €2,182/month gross * Real possibility of permanent incorporation into the company. * An industrial project currently in full growth and development phase. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:00, with some flexibility. * Continuous on-the-job training and learning opportunities. * Professional development opportunities based on project evolution and individual contribution to the team.
