Their **main responsibilities** will be: * Organizing and supervising tasks assigned to work crews across various trades and site personnel. * Physically monitoring the correct execution of works. * Monitoring site personnel. * Layouts, execution quality, and productivity. * Ordering, receiving, and controlling storage, loading, and unloading of materials. * Keeping machinery, equipment, and the work area clean. * Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety regulations (Safety Plan). REQUIREMENTS **Your experience:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Residential Construction Site Supervisor. **Your profile:** * Vocational Training (FP) qualification at Intermediate or Advanced Level in Building and Civil Engineering. * Knowledge of plan interpretation, layouts, leveling, and measurements. * Operation of Crane \- Handler \- Forklift (optional). * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training of 60 hours, as stipulated by the Construction Collective Agreement.
