First-Class Construction Technician

We are a civil engineering company seeking to expand our team by hiring an experienced **First-Class Technician** with proven on-site experience to join us immediately under a permanent employment contract. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of materials; verification of levels, right angles, and alignments. * Construction of masonry walls (ceramic bricks, concrete blocks, thermoclay blocks) and traditional partition walls. * Formwork installation and small-scale concrete pouring; placement of minor reinforcement bars. * Execution of edge finishes, plastering, roughcast rendering, stucco, and single-layer mortars. * Installation of floor coverings and wall tiling; grouting and fine finishing. * Installation of prefabricated elements (drip edges, coping stones, lintels) and facade components. * Rehabilitation works: chiseling, surface cleaning, crack repair, and mortar application. **OFFERED:** * Employment type: Permanent contract. * Attractive annual gross salary ranging from €25,000 to €26,000. * Positive working environment. * Intensive working hours in July and August. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in the sector (at least 2 years required). * **Valid documentation.** * Autonomy, versatility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
