The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial machinery, ensuring all equipment functions properly. This requires attention to detail and strict adherence to established procedures to guarantee efficient and safe operations. It is a hands-on, organized role critical to maintaining uninterrupted production. Another important part of daily responsibilities involves inspecting the quality of manufactured items. Each component must be verified against specifications, and any deviations must be promptly reported. All activities are conducted as part of a team, with information shared across departments to achieve production targets. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. The person in this position will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for process improvements and increased efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in an industrial plant. Prior experience working in factories or industrial environments is required. A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally is essential. Possession of a forklift operator license will be considered a positive asset. Availability to work rotating shifts is required.
