**About the Role** The Facility Validation Specialist is responsible for conducting on-site inspections at locations where commercial contracts have already been signed, with the objective of collecting complete, accurate, and verifiable information to assess the feasibility of installing a Locker and properly preparing the space. This role combines fieldwork, route planning, and administrative tasks, acting as a quality filter between the Acquisition, Deployment, and customer teams. Their work is critical to preventing errors, reducing costs, and avoiding failed installations or delays during the deployment process. **Key Responsibilities** *Fieldwork (Site Surveys)* * Conduct on-site visits to locations previously secured by the commercial team. * Travel by car and manage routes efficiently. * Assess and document available space, approximate dimensions, access points, obstacles, level differences, and general environmental conditions. * Verify proximity to electrical connection points (without performing any technical intervention). * Take clear and representative photographs of the installation site. * Identify risks or constraints that may affect installation. * Collect objective data without making final decisions regarding installation. *Planning and Coordination* * Independently plan visit routes and schedules. * Coordinate access and appointments with location representatives, managing changes or rescheduling as needed. * Collaborate with internal teams to clarify technical or contextual information. * Provide light maintenance support to the Deployment team within the existing network when required. * Validate locations on-site when necessary. *Reporting and Administrative Management* * Complete inspection reports in the established format. * Upload information and evidence to internal tools, ensuring data traceability and consistency. * Review and correct inspections when inconsistencies are identified. * Advise customers on how to prepare the space prior to installation (e.g., clearing the area, removing obstacles, securing access). * Serve as the operational point of contact during the pre-installation phase. **Requirements** * Basic technical knowledge in civil works, access points, and fundamental electrical concepts (no technical specialization required). * Ability to understand, document, and communicate real location constraints. * Commercial orientation and proactive attitude. * Valid EU driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently across Spain and/or Portugal. * Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. * Planning and time management skills. * Clear and objective communication with customers and internal teams. * Strong focus on error prevention, data quality, and continuous improvement. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to directly contribute to the expansion of our locker network in Spain. * A field-based commercial role with direct impact on business growth. * Autonomy in managing your territory and commercial pipeline. * Integration into a growing international organization. **Why Join Us** At InPost, you will play a key role in shaping how millions of customers interact with last-mile solutions.
