Responsibilities: Ensure comprehensive, safe, and person-centered healthcare in coordination with the center’s medical and multidisciplinary team. . Specific Tasks: * Assess the health status of service users and monitor their progress. * Administer treatments, medications, and perform nursing-specific techniques. * Prepare, supervise, and control medical supplies and equipment. ·Collaborate with the medical team in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. * Draft and update clinical records and progress reports. * Provide health education and emotional support to patients and families. * Participate in risk prevention and health promotion activities. * Apply center protocols and procedures at all times. Positions Available: * Temporary replacement contract. * Morning shift. * Working time: 70%. Requirements * Qualification: ·Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (foreign qualifications must be officially recognized). * Preferred: ·Experience in intermediate care settings. + Availability for immediate start. + On-site work modality. + Valid work permit. + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. + Proficiency in Catalan communication skills will be positively considered. * Requirements: ·Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (foreign qualifications must be officially recognized). ·Registration with the Official College of Nurses of Barcelona (COIB). * Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing officially recognized by COIB. * Additional requirements: ·Commitment and responsibility. + Person-centered care. + Rigor and continuous improvement.·Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration. + Communication skills and empathetic approach.
