At Margon, a full-cycle metallurgical company specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of equipment for the railway, defense, and public works sectors, we are seeking Electrical Assembly Operators for our El Arboç (Tarragona) facility. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Assemble electrical components and industrial equipment. * Interpret and apply electrical schematics to ensure correct assembly. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Mandatory requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial electrical assembly. * Vocational training qualification (Intermediate Level) in Electrical Installations or equivalent. * Ability to interpret and understand electrical schematics. **What we particularly value:** * Forklift or overhead crane operator license. * Residence near the El Arboç area. * Problem-solving attitude and quality orientation. **Conditions we offer:** * Stable employment position. * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:30.
