Competitive terms based on experience At **Hidramar Shipyards**, we are looking to hire a **Cost Controller** to monitor and control the financial aspects of our projects in the naval sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost control, analyzing variances, and providing key information for decision-making, working directly with operations, production, and finance teams. \- Main Responsibilities * Control and monitoring of project costs * Analysis of budget variances and proposal of corrective actions * Preparation of financial reports and periodic reporting * Control of labor, material, and subcontractor costs * Tracking of hours charged to work orders * Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and financial projections * Support for monthly closings and margin control * Coordination with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Finance departments * Improvement of cost control and monitoring processes \- Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration and Finance, Business Economics, Economics, or related field, or equivalent administrative or control experience. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as a Cost Controller or in management control. * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) * Experience in industrial, construction, or naval environments (highly desirable) * ERP knowledge (desirable) * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. \- Offered: * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company in the naval sector * Job stability * Positive work environment * Competitive terms based on experience Work Location: On-site employment
