The work involves independently preparing, garnishing, and presenting dishes, applying appropriate culinary techniques for each preparation. In addition to cooking, collaboration in buffet setup and service is required, monitoring kitchen equipment to report any incidents, and actively participating in the planning of daily menus and meal plans. Tasks also include inventory management and procurement, always ensuring optimal preservation and utilization of all available products. At least one year of prior experience in similar roles is preferred. The employment relationship will be formalized through a temporary contract lasting six months. The established salary is €1.600 gross per month, an amount that already includes the pro-rata share of extra payments.
