Anekke is a young company present in over 60 countries, currently undergoing rapid growth and international expansion. We are seeking to incorporate an **Accountant** into our Finance team, with solid expertise in financial and corporate taxation accounting.
**What will be your mission?**
You will be responsible for the organization’s accounting, tax, and corporate management, ensuring compliance with tax obligations, accurate recording of transactions, and effective coordination with public authorities, external advisors, and auditors.
Your role will be key to guaranteeing technical rigor, legal security, and administrative control.
Your **main responsibilities** will be:
➡︎ **Tax and Fiscal Management**
* Prepare and file the company’s tax returns.
* Submit and manage Form 036: registrations, deregistrations, modifications, and census updates.
* Prepare and file Annual Financial Statements where applicable.
* File corporate sales declarations.
* Manage local taxes, including registrations, deregistrations, and modifications with SUMA.
* Respond to inquiries and requirements from the Tax Agency, Social Security, and other public administrations.
➡︎ **Operational Accounting Management**
* Record journal entries.
* Calculate and record depreciation.
* Monitor and track intercompany transactions.
* Manage and modify specific invoicing.
* Prepare accounting documentation for international subsidiaries for subsequent registration.
➡︎ **Audit and External Coordination**
* Support audit activities.
* Coordinate with external tax advisors.
* Gather and prepare documentation for banks, lawyers, and official bodies.
* Ensure compliance with official information obligations, such as INE, LEI code, and others.
➡︎ **Corporate and Administrative Management**
* Manage digital certificates and official documentation.
* Request and process certificates from public agencies.
* Handle procedures before the Commercial Registry, notaries, town halls, and other official bodies.
* Manage the organization’s Tax Identification Number (CIF).
* Process changes of ownership for utility supplies.
* Manage business opening licenses and administrative permits.
* Administratively handle corporate incidents, such as fines or registrations.
* Perform document control related to marketplaces.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
➡︎ **Professional Experience**
* 3–5 years of experience in an accounting department with tax responsibilities.
* Experience in a multi-company environment.
* Experience coordinating with external auditors.

* Proficiency in corporate taxation and tax forms.
* Familiarity with intercompany operations.
