Key Responsibilities: * Proactive and dynamic individual with strong supervision and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple construction sites simultaneously, as you will spend many hours daily on-site coordinating and supervising various contractors with a very high production volume. * Responsible for verifying the project’s construction progress. * Will coordinate logistics for the renovation project of an occupied building during its construction phase across different stages and with various contractors. * Attend follow-up meetings with the building operator to ensure logistical coordination, security against intrusion\-theft (internal/external), and fire safety. * Verify that the project is executed in accordance with drawings and specifications. * Provide direct support and liaison with the Technical Direction, where applicable. * Issue minutes of Construction\-Site Coordination Meetings. * Approve construction sequences and methods with the planner. * Ability to design and draft in AutoCAD. * Serve as construction support for architects and/or designers. * Review construction change orders. * Support "Package Managers" in reviewing and enforcing contractor package requirements. * Monitor contractor progress, both in terms of production and scheduling. * Verify contractors’ and subcontractors’ Quality Plans. * Review operation and maintenance manuals. * Fully responsible for end-to-end project delivery—from design, budgeting aligned with design or project scope, procurement, execution, monitoring, to close-out. In addition, the candidate must participate in and support the implemented Management System through knowledge and practical application of: * Compliance with Quality and Environmental policies. * Application of the Environmental Good Practice Manual. * Compliance with Turner \& Townsend’s global SyS policies and standards. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, the following are essential: * Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in this position. Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD. * Qualification: Technical Architect / Building Engineer / Equivalent Architect. * Languages: Professional-level Spanish, Catalan, and English. * Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, including onsite Health and Safety standards and sustainability standards (60-hour PRL certification). * Personal Skills: Strong coordination and planning abilities; excellent communication skills with clients; and high capacity to influence achievement of objectives through others (contractors). * Must be willing to reside in the Barcelona area and available for occasional travel outside this region. **Additional Information** We offer immediate integration into a leading project management firm with an international client portfolio and a highly qualified and motivated team. * Permanent contract with 23 days of vacation. * Training and development plan with international opportunities (if of interest). * Flexible remuneration covering childcare vouchers, meal vouchers, transport, private health insurance, and language courses. * Life insurance for employees with one year of service. * Platform for general consultation, nutrition advice, and psychology support via video call or chat. * Opportunity to share knowledge with experienced colleagues across diverse business lines.
