Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager to plan, execute, and supervise projects, ensuring their feasibility and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. We aim to incorporate into our Assets Department a Construction Manager professional whose responsibilities will include: * Planning the execution phases of various Projects required to obtain Licenses (Urban Planning, Access, Activities, and Construction) from relevant public authorities. \- Conduct Feasibility Studies for various Projects from urban planning, construction, commercial, and economic perspectives, coordinated with the Expansion and Development Directorate, Management Control, and Operations Directorate, to ensure successful \- \- \- construction and its profitability. * Selecting, negotiating, and contracting technical teams and external collaborators to carry out construction with the best team and at the lowest economic cost. * Controlling and supervising construction execution regarding budget, schedule, and quality (site meetings, financial monitoring, adaptation to the Company's new trends), to ensure proper project development. We would love to meet you if you have: * Educational background: Technical Industrial Engineering degree, preferably specializing in Electricity. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD. * At least 4–5 years of experience.
