Key Responsibilities\*\* * Supervise and direct the crew in performing assigned tasks. * Interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure correct project execution. * Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work progress. * Ensure compliance with site safety regulations. * Train workers on the proper use of equipment and tools. * Conduct quality inspections of completed work and correct any deviations. * Report work progress and any incidents or issues to the immediate supervisor. * Collaborate with other foremen and site personnel to optimize productivity. * Manage inventory of materials and equipment in the work area. Qualifications\*\* * Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar role within the construction industry. * Solid knowledge of construction techniques and procedures. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Occupational safety certification (e.g., OSHA 10/30) preferred. * Ability to lead, motivate, and manage work teams. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Willingness to work at various construction sites. * Completed secondary education; technical training in construction is an advantage. **Seize the challenge.
