If you are passionate about hospitality and customer service, this is a perfect opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer service:** Delivering excellent and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. * **Food and beverage service:** Executing food and beverage sales and service with the highest level of professionalism. * **Dining area preparation:** Organizing and preparing the assigned dining area for service, ensuring it is ready for the next shift. * **Reservation management:** Coordinating and managing restaurant reservations. * **Setup and breakdown:** Performing setup and breakdown of services in the restaurant, banquet halls, breakfast area, bar-cafeteria, among others. * **Billing and cash handling:** Managing billing and customer payments, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation. * **Waste management:** Handling and sorting waste from the dining area, transporting it to the appropriate containers. * **Cleaning:** Keeping necessary tools clean, such as cutlery, glassware, coffee machines, trolleys, etc. * **Cocktail preparation:** Preparing cocktails and mixed drinks with precision and quality. * **Order management:** Placing orders with the purchasing department, receiving deliveries, and organizing stock. * **Area maintenance:** Maintaining the dining room, terrace, banquet hall, or other areas designated for food and beverage sales in perfect condition. * **Coordination with reception:** Managing special billing for meals, events, etc., in coordination with reception. * **Sports programming:** Coordinating sports programming on TV for guests. * **Digital management:** Updating information on the Tablet and ABBA Hotels’ F&B software. * **Menu maintenance:** Ensuring restaurant menus are in good condition and ready for use. **We Offer:** * Immediate incorporation * Temporary contract * Full-time schedule. Rotating shifts and some split shifts. Other languages are valued. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills. * Knowledge of dining room service. * Organization and cleanliness in the workplace. * Familiarity with waste management and sustainability practices.
