This is a temporary contract with an intensive work schedule. It is essential to have a willingness to learn the winery's specific processes and adapt to tasks assigned by supervisors. The industrial environment requires order and punctuality to ensure smooth packaging operations. Furthermore, the ability to work in a team is required—coordinating with line colleagues to achieve daily objectives while consistently adhering to safety and handling regulations for efficient production. Compulsory Secondary Education, valid driver's license, and a positive attitude toward performing manual tasks.
