This is a temporary contract with intensive working hours. It is essential to be willing to learn the winery’s specific processes and adapt to tasks assigned by supervisors. The industrial environment requires order and punctuality to ensure smooth packaging operations. Furthermore, the ability to work as part of a team is required—coordinating with line colleagues to achieve daily targets while always adhering to safety and handling regulations for efficient production. Compulsory Secondary Education, valid driver’s license, and a positive attitude toward performing manual tasks.
