* Boilermaker-Assembler **Indefinite-term contract \| Full-time** **Would you like to join a team where your work directly contributes to the manufacturing of high-precision components, ensuring quality and reliability in machining processes for industrial projects?** If you have experience in boring, milling, drilling, blueprint interpretation, machine setup, and CNC programming—and are motivated to grow within a dynamic and professional industrial environment—this could be an excellent opportunity for you. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** ✔️ Performing sheet metal fabrication tasks in accordance with requirements specified in applicable documentation at each stage of manufacturing, analyzing fabrication drawings and specifications, and following the sequence outlined in Routing Sheets, with the aim of meeting established deadlines and quality standards. Some of these tasks may be carried out in confined spaces. ✔️ Assembling jigs and turning fixtures according to Jig Drawings. ✔️ Correctly selecting the type of slings and shackles based on the weight and shape of the component or part to be moved, as indicated in the drawings, followed by execution of the lifting operation. Material transport using a pallet truck. ✔️ Crane operator duties, subject to usage limitations defined in the company’s internal procedures, based on your capacity and specific training. ✔️ Cleaning parts using both abrasive methods and authorized cleaning agents. **What do we offer?** ✔️ Number of positions: 5 ✔️ Department: Manufacturing ✔️ Work location: Maliaño (Cantabria) ✔️ Indefinite-term full-time contract ✔️ Five shifts ✔️ Compensation: Annual gross fixed salary of **€26,400**, plus a variable bonus of up to **22 %**, linked to achievement of objectives, in addition to social benefits stipulated in the ENSA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Furthermore, a shift-work bonus will be paid, with an estimated annual gross amount of €8,600. Essential Requirements ✔️ Minimum qualification: Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Welding and Sheet Metal Fabrication, or demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
