**At SGAB! we are looking for a bar and dining room waiter/waitress to join a young, solid, and growing street food project. Authentic fast food, made with high-quality ingredients and traditional Italian recipes reinterpreted with an urban twist.** **Responsibilities** * Finalizing and assembling dishes coming from the kitchen, including slicing cold cuts and preparing and filling sandwiches * Preparing and serving basic cocktails and other beverages * Organizing mise en place to ensure fast and smooth service * Basic stock control and cleaning of the work area * Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress * Ability to handle high-volume work during peak hours * Organized, quick, and autonomous individual * Passion for quality ingredients and well-executed work * Availability to work weekends * HACCP training will be valued **We offer** * Stable employment contract * A positive work environment within a distinctive street food concept * An expanding project with real opportunities for professional growth * A kitchen with defined processes, dynamic pace, and high-quality products * Stable and pre-scheduled shifts * Compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience Job type: Part-time Salary: €700.00–€900.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
