We are seeking a person to participate in executing global information systems plans, leading specific areas of infrastructure and service management, coordinated with responsible parties from other domains (applications, security, etc.), as well as delivering technology consulting services within one or more of these specialized areas. **Your challenge** * Conduct client interviews to understand desired objectives and outcomes. * Collect technical data, comprehend, and assess initial scenarios. * Analyze solution alternatives and define final scenarios. * Define action plans and project roadmaps. * Prepare reports and present results. * Support the technical team and participate in defining tasks and solutions addressing identified needs. * Participate in pre-sales activities for solutions in the mentioned domains, providing direct support to the commercial team. * Optionally, depending on profile, participate in development and/or implementation of proposed solutions. **You will need*** Education: University degree in STEM or related field * Experience: + \+ 5 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration + \+ 2 years of experience in consulting tasks within these domains and/or in ICT service management * General knowledge of the following technologies and methodologies: + Systems (OS, databases, containers, etc.) and their administration using DevOps tools, IaC, scripting, etc. + Networks and communications (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.) + Infrastructure (data centers, storage, backups…) and virtualization systems + Public cloud solutions + Personal productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and team management tools + Service management methodologies and best practices (ITIL, ISO 20000, etc.) + General ITSM tools: ticketing/CMDB, monitoring, centralized management tools, etc. + Artificial Intelligence * Competencies: + Client comprehension and orientation + Analytical and synthesis capabilities + General communication skills: public presentations, meeting facilitation, and written documentation + Creativity + Teamwork ability + English proficiency equivalent to B2 or higher **You will stand out if** * You hold technical certifications * You hold ITIL certifications * You possess knowledge of security and regulatory compliance * You are familiar with application lifecycle management methodologies * You have knowledge and experience applying AI tools to address business needs **How IThinkUPC cares for you** Immediate incorporation Job stability and professional growth * ️ Work-life balance: We offer our own innovative and award-winning "PEOPLE FIRST" work-life balance program because our people matter.
