We are looking for a **Product Owner** who wants to take on a key role in managing digital products and technology projects, serving as a reference point both for our clients and internal teams. **What will be your mission?** * Act as the **primary Product Owner for our clients**, defining and implementing digital solutions aligned with their business objectives. * **Lead technology projects** from pre-sales through to production deployment, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. * Define, prioritize, and manage the **product backlog**, establishing clear roadmaps aligned with project strategy. * Translate business needs into functional requirements and viable technical solutions. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising development, QA, UX/UI, architecture, and engineering professionals. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose action plans. * Manage budget, scope, and planning for assigned initiatives. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, results-oriented work culture. * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and practices. * Collaborate with the commercial team on preparing proposals, estimates, and client presentations. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in technology consulting**, product management, or digital project management. * Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar roles. * Ability to lead teams and coordinate complex initiatives. * Strong communication skills, both with technical and business stakeholders. * Analytical mindset, customer orientation, and decision-making capability. * Advanced level of **Spanish**. * Fluent level of **English**. **We especially value:** * Experience in software development environments, digital product delivery, or technology consulting. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar. * Experience in digital transformation projects, enterprise applications, or cloud platforms. **What do we offer?** * **Challenging projects involving implementation and evolution of Business Central**, alongside reference clients. * A **close-knit team** that values continuous learning and professional growth. * **Real flexibility**: flexible start time and only **1 day per week on-site** at our Barcelona offices. * **Competitive compensation package**, commensurate with your experience and skills. * **Flexible benefits**: meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, childcare vouchers, and the option to join our private health insurance.
