FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and lead management control processes to facilitate monitoring and control of company activities and decision-making in order to achieve established strategic objectives. * Financial Performance Analysis: Prepare budgets. Collect, analyze and consolidate budget data from different areas of the facility. Perform detailed analysis of business performance against the annual budget, forecasts, and actual financial results. Identify deviations, patterns and opportunities from financial data, providing recommendations to optimize business performance. Ensure cost control and performance monitoring of projects and operational units. Develop robust forecasting models to provide timely and accurate financial projections. Participate in asset integrations to align various business criteria with company standards. * Preparation of Financial Reports and Presentations: Develop clear and detailed financial reports (forecasts, projections, closings, simulations, developments, comparisons, ...), using advanced Excel for data organization and analysis. Create high-level PowerPoint presentations summarizing financial results, including specific and targeted action proposals to support decision-making. * Financial Storytelling: Transform financial analysis into a clear and simple narrative, presenting findings in an understandable way for management and different departments within the company. Communicate results and recommendations effectively, facilitating understanding and data-driven strategic decision-making. * Financial Planning and Forecasting: Support long-term financial planning by collaborating in the creation of financial models projecting future business performance. Contribute to the development and adjustment of budgets, ensuring forecasts reflect changes in market and business conditions. * Collaboration in the Use of ERP and Financial Tools: Use the ERP system to extract and manage relevant financial data for analysis. Optimize the use of these tools to ensure financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. * Adaptability and Deadline Compliance: Work flexibly and proactively in a constantly changing environment, quickly adjusting forecasts and analyses according to new business realities. Ensure strict deadlines are met for the delivery of financial reports and analyses. * Define policies, processes, and procedures for the department. * Manage risks within the scope of their department. * Motivate staff, promote collaboration, teamwork, and foster a positive working environment related to their area of responsibility. * Record and keep updated all related and generated documentation. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field, or similar qualifications relevant to the position's responsibilities.
