Provide support to areas/departments/subsidiaries under your responsibility regarding: * Recruitment and selection, Onboarding/Inboarding/Offboarding * Internal Communication * Training * Performance evaluation * Coordination with subsidiaries. Monitoring and collaboration with subsidiaries on corporate policies * Coordination with payroll and legal consultants * Management of Flexible Compensation System * ERP system management * Attendance tracking management * Corporate benefits management * Support in Occupational Health and Safety (Emergencies, administrative tasks) * Invoicing * Coordination with Quality, process optimization. * Labor relations: Compliance with collective agreements, monitoring calendars, plans, etc. * Management of recognitions and gifts (babies, anniversaries, retirements) * Coordination with General Services and Events You may lead specific projects, either long-term as an expert or on a temporary basis. **Requirements:** * Education: Higher vocational training or university degree * Experience: 1\-3 years in HR * Proficiency in Office and professional social networks. * Proficiency in job portals and payroll systems or HR software. * Languages: Spanish.
