Our goal is to develop your competencies so that you can quickly take on responsibilities and manage your own hiring processes. After a one-week training period, your tasks will be as follows: \- Understand hiring needs together with the sales team, \- Search and identify high-potential profiles through LinkedIn, job boards, and responses to job postings, \- Qualify candidates by phone according to our recruitment criteria, \- Conduct interviews, \- Follow up with candidates throughout the entire hiring process, until the end of their trial period, \- Build a pool of available and motivated candidates, You will also have the opportunity to participate in: \- Developing relationships with educational institutions (forums, CV workshops, mock interviews, etc.), \- Various ongoing HR projects (e.g., revising interview forms, creating and writing job ads, workforce planning, job descriptions, HRIS, etc.).
