You will perform duties related to the operational management of facilities and real estate in general, management of human resources assigned to such operations, and optimization of spaces. Additionally, you will coordinate construction, renovation, and relocation projects; procure all products and services required for proper facility operation; and ensure conservation and maintenance of facilities and engineering systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for daily client management, anticipating client needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Direct accountability for the contract's profit-and-loss statement and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract by optimizing resources and identifying synergies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, especially regarding occupational health and safety. * Preparation of periodic reports. * Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements). * Perform monthly billing and analyze budget compliance. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Document management of information generated at the property. * Establish performance metrics for services delivered (maintenance, cleaning, technical services). * Prepare the annual facility and physical location audit plan. * Track customer complaints and analyze specific requirements. * Monitor construction works carried out in the building. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or related field is highly desirable. * Vocational training qualification, second-level technical specialist certification, and/or extensive experience in this role. * Additional postgraduate education is advantageous. * Fluent English is mandatory. * Solid foundation in managing maintenance and cleaning services for corporate buildings within industrial settings. * Proficiency in IT tools. * Minimum two years of experience in a similar role managing teams/services. **We Offer** * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through our Flexible Compensation Plan.
