You will perform tasks related to the operation of facilities and properties in general, management of human resources dedicated to this operation, as well as optimization of spaces. Additionally, you will coordinate construction, renovation, and relocation projects, contracting all products and services related to the proper functioning of facilities or the conservation and maintenance of facilities and engineering. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for daily client management, anticipating their needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Direct responsibility for the contract's profit and loss account and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract, optimizing resources and identifying synergies. * Ensure compliance with current legislation, especially regarding risk prevention. * Preparation of periodic reports. * Ensure compliance with SLAs. * Perform monthly invoicing and analyze budget adherence. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Document management of information generated at the property. * Create control ratios for provided services (maintenance, cleaning, technical services). * Prepare the annual audit plan for facilities and physical locations. * Monitor customer complaints and analyze specific needs. * Monitor works carried out in the building. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or similar will be positively valued. * Intermediate-level qualification, second-grade specialist technician, and/or extensive experience in the position. * Additional training (Postgraduate studies) is desirable. * Fluent English is essential. * Solid knowledge in managing maintenance and cleaning services for corporate buildings in industry. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role managing teams-services. **We Offer** * Indefinite full-time contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through the Flexible Compensation Plan.
