You will perform duties related to the operational management of facilities and properties in general, management of human resources assigned to such operations, as well as space optimization. Additionally, you will coordinate construction, renovation, and relocation projects; procure all products and services required for proper facility operation or for facility conservation and maintenance, including engineering-related services. **Main Responsibilities** * Client-facing daily management lead, proactively anticipating client needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Direct accountability for the contract's profit-and-loss statement and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract by optimizing resources and identifying synergies. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, especially regarding occupational health and safety. * Preparation of periodic reports. * Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements). * Perform monthly billing and analyze budget compliance. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Document management of information generated at the property. * Establish performance metrics for delivered services (maintenance, cleaning, technical services). * Draft the annual facility and physical location audit plan. * Track customer complaints and analyze specific needs. * Monitor construction works carried out in the building. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or related field is highly desirable. * Intermediate-level qualification, second-degree technician/specialist certification, and/or extensive experience in this role. * Additional qualifications (e.g., postgraduate studies) are advantageous. * Fluent English is mandatory. * Solid knowledge base in managing maintenance and cleaning services for corporate buildings within industrial settings. * Proficiency with IT tools. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role managing teams/services. **We Offer** * Full-time indefinite-term contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through our Flexible Compensation Plan.
