Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to manage the accounting operations of Re-uz's Spanish and Portuguese branches, ensuring sound financial management of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the general accounting for the Spanish and Portuguese branches 2. Participates in financial projects to improve data flows and reliability 3. Works in an international environment with significant growth Re\-uz carries out its activities across Europe and Canada, focusing on the production, rental, sale, as well as collection, sorting, and washing of reusable containers. Awarded multiple innovation prizes, Re\-uz (and particularly Ecocup by Re\-uz) has historically specialized in musical, cultural, and sporting events (notably the Rugby World Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and international tours). Our core activities include customization, marketing, logistics, washing, and storage of reusable products—from cups to takeaway containers. We market, manage, and rent several brands, including Ecocup, Re\-uz, Billie, and Kio by Re\-uz. As part of our expansion and within a context of strong growth, we are looking for an Accountant responsible for managing the accounting of our Re\-uz Spain branch located in Manresa. **Main Responsibilities:** Reporting to the Operations Director and maintaining direct operational contact with the Group’s finance team, you will ensure accurate and compliant accounting for the company. You will be responsible for the general accounting of both the Spanish and Portuguese branches. You will interact internally with all Group personnel and externally with clients, suppliers, banks, and financial auditors. You will be responsible for the following tasks: * Recording all supplier and customer invoices. * Issuing all supplier payments. * Recording customer receipts and tracking receivables when necessary. * Preparing and processing payroll. * Posting month-end and year-end journal entries. * Preparing monthly Group reports. * Managing annual closings. * Managing treasury operations. * Participating in financial projects aimed at improving cash flows, organizational structure, and enhancing the reliability of financial data. **Required Profile:** We seek a candidate with an accounting background and at least five years of experience in a similar role; international experience is highly valued. Proven experience in evaluating accounting methods, internal controls, and financial reporting is essential.
