




Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Community Manager to safeguard the brand’s image and positioning by implementing digital marketing and communication strategies. An industrial company located in Vallès Oriental requires a COMMUNITY MANAGER reporting to the General Management and Commercial/Marketing Director. Objective: Ensure all internal and external communication aligns with the company’s values and strategic direction. The role will operate against goals jointly defined with management to achieve optimal brand positioning across various markets and support the company’s growth process in each of them. The candidate must be capable of analyzing trends, designing strategies, and implementing necessary actions to execute them. Mission and Responsibilities: • Safeguard the company’s correct market positioning, image, and notoriety. • Drive and supervise the company’s global communication policies, public relations, advertising, and direct marketing in accordance with established corporate image and identity guidelines. • Plan and execute Digital Marketing activities including websites, email, social media, and graphic advertising. • Maintain the company’s presence across all digital channels and social media platforms. • Measure and prepare reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. • Design initiatives aimed at promoting the company in the market, such as trade fairs, catalogs, etc. • Manage data received from the company website and from marketing and communication events organized by the company. • Collaborate with the Communications Department on tasks specific to the department. • Respond to customer and/or sales team requests for pricing information, manuals, etc. • Prepare and track emails sent from the department. • Print as little as possible. • Properly manage administrative activity-related waste. * Experience: 2 years. Experience as a Community Manager. * Higher Vocational Training qualification – Commerce and Marketing. * Higher Vocational Training qualification – Communication, Image and Sound. * Higher Vocational Training qualification – Graphic Design. * English (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced). * Spanish (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced). * Catalan (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced). * Competencies / Knowledge: – Academic background: Intermediate or Higher Education in Marketing, Communication, or Design. – Personal attributes: Creative, analytical individual with strong communication skills and flexibility. Modern, up-to-date, and elegant outlook. Problem-solving and proactive capabilities, with autonomy and initiative. – Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English. – Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva. – Own vehicle mandatory to commute to the company. Skills: Understanding of the company and its image, along with corporate culture, to effectively convey competence and identify potential differentiating values. Teamwork with Technical Architects and Graphic Design teams. Monitoring marketing and communication trends across diverse social segments. * Availability of personal vehicle. * Driving license: B. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time position. * Gross monthly salary: 2000. * Additional relevant information: Annual gross salary: 28000€ gross/year. Contract: 6 months + permanent. Full-time, on-site. Monday to Thursday: 8:00–13:00 and 14:30–18:00; Friday: 8:00–14:00.
