Involvement in rural development and conservation projects. **Number of Vacancies** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman – Construction and Repair Works Project for MENRRED Parcels (Valencia Province) in the Valencian Community. **Work Location** -------------------- * Valencian Community Address: Paterna, with travel required to various work sites. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks together with the site supervisor, being responsible for the progress of the works and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, carry out measurements and setting-out. * Monitor machinery and workforce productivity, as well as complete and sign the required reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations concerning safety, quality, and worksite signage; responsible for informing newly hired staff about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and cleaning procedures. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record (“vida laboral”) and/or employment contract enabling verification and accreditation of the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes enabling verification and accreditation of the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities). (Employment history record (“vida laboral”) and/or employment contract verifying and accrediting professional experience must be attached.) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * 6 months to 1 year of experience participating in works/infrastructures related to repairs, reconstructions, or works affected by natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, among others). (Employment history record (“vida laboral”) and/or employment contract verifying and accrediting professional experience must be attached.) * 6 months to 1 year of experience working in public-sector companies providing engineering consultancy, environmental services, or technical assistance.
