Your objective will be to ensure the correct execution of all logistics processes, delivering excellent operational service that supports the agreed sales strategy. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * You will prepare Shipping Plans together with the commercial team, ensuring product availability at the scheduled time. * You will manage shipments on the client’s platform and maintain product information files. * You will calculate and analyze KPIs to ensure proper compliance with client requirements and avoid penalties. * You will collaborate with Supply Chain departments (Logistics, Distribution, Logistics Planning, Import/Export/Transport, IT, etc.) to ensure shipments are executed according to plan. * You will provide support in sample management as required by the client. **ABOUT YOU:** * You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * You possess an advanced level of Excel proficiency. * You have 2 years of experience in a similar position. * A high level of English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. * SAP knowledge is valued. * You are enthusiastic, proactive, commercially minded, and eager to learn and contribute fresh ideas. * You are results-oriented. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
