As team leader, you’ll be responsible for the success of your business—and for your own professional development. **Work wherever Action is!** ------------------------------- Together with your colleagues, you’ll manage various groups of store employees and do everything possible to achieve strong results. You’ll monitor sales volume, organize shelf replenishment and store appearance. You’ll also be responsible for supplies, daily cash register closing, and planning of all tasks. You’ll support colleagues’ professional development and assess candidates applying for positions in your sister store. You’ll regularly liaise with the Regional Director regarding business progress and performance. **We offer you:** ----------------- * Minimum gross full-time base salary of €24,500.00 per year.
