At Reformas Werner, we are looking for a **Skilled Bricklayer** with extensive experience in construction and renovations to join our team on a permanent basis. The selected candidate will work on full renovation projects and new construction, performing tasks such as building, tiling, flooring, plastering, demolitions, and partition wall systems installation. **Main Responsibilities** * Execution of bricklaying work with high precision and quality. * Performing flooring, tiling, plastering, chiseling, leveling, and finishing. * Proper handling and use of hand tools and common trade machinery. * Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure correct execution of work items. * Supervising and coordinating laborers' and workers' tasks when necessary. * Meeting established deadlines and adhering to occupational health and safety protocols. * Maintaining clear communication with the site manager to resolve issues and organize work progress. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a skilled bricklayer (minimum 5 years). * Ability to lead small teams and organize daily tasks. * Speed and efficiency without compromising work quality. * Knowledge of painting, tiling, flooring, brick partition walls, drywall, mortars, leveling, and fine finishing. * Availability for full-time work.
