Main Responsibilities: * Repairing cracks, fissures, and spalling. * Plastering, plasterboard, mortar application. * Tiling (installation and replacement of tiles). * Flooring (spot replacement of floor tiles). * Minor partition walls. * Repairing moisture- and leak-related damage. * Patching and restoring walls after malfunctions. * Drying and sanitizing affected areas. * Surface preparation. * Filling and sanding. * Basic painting (occasionally) Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Bricklayer. * Mandatory experience in insurance-related claim repairs. * Solid knowledge of masonry installations and repairs. * Knowledge or experience interpreting insurance policy coverage terms. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Immediate availability to start. * Knowledge or experience in painting and plumbing (desirable).
