As team leader, you will be responsible for the success of your business—and also for your own professional career. **Work where Action is!** ------------------------------- Together with your colleagues, you will manage various groups of store employees and do everything possible to achieve strong results. You will monitor sales volume, organize shelf replenishment and store appearance. You will also be responsible for supplies, daily cash register closing, and planning of each task. You will ensure colleagues’ professional development and evaluate candidates applying for positions in your sister store. You will regularly liaise with the Regional Director regarding progress and business results. **We offer you:** ----------------- * Minimum full-time gross base salary of €24,500.00 per year.
