The Formulation Development Operator I will be responsible for conducting all necessary laboratory-scale tests for formulation development, process scale-up, and manufacturing process development. They will be responsible for managing the Formulation Development Laboratory. Their duties will be performed in accordance with applicable GMP and FDA regulations for the target market, as well as the company’s internal quality criteria and procedures. * + Execute scale-up and validation processes following established protocols. + Participate experimentally in the development and optimization of proposed formulations. + Report completed work to the Head of the Formulation Development Group, Supervisor, and/or the Formulation Development Technician. + Perform maintenance, calibration, and verification of instrumentation in the Formulation Development Laboratory. + Support the Formulation Development Group during manufacturing processes when required. Engineering, clinical, exhibit, and process validation batches are managed by the Formulation Development Technician and supported by the Formulation Development Operator, who participates in all key process steps. + Collaborate with production staff on manufacturing tasks as required by the company. + Collaborate on general management, organization, and cleanliness of the Formulation Development Laboratory. + Assist in training apprentices. + Perform duties in accordance with the company’s established quality criteria and safety standards.
