**Workplace**
The candidate will join the Pharmacy Service and report to the Head of Service.
**General Responsibilities**
* Comprehensive pharmaceutical care for outpatient patients.
* Management of MHDA treatments.
* Validation of medical prescriptions and evaluation of medication use.
* Processing of compassionate-use medications, foreign medications, and specially controlled medications.
* Promotion and participation in multidisciplinary and multicenter projects.
* Study and registration of new clinical trial protocols.
* Participation in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and other hospital committees.
* Collaboration in continuous improvement of the Pharmacy Service, monitoring internal and external quality control.
* Coordinated work with Pharmacy Management to achieve service objectives, projects, and improvement plans.
* Supervision and participation in the continuing education of pharmacy residents and pharmacy technicians.
* Collaboration in research and teaching within pharmacy and pharmacotherapy fields.

**Offered**
* Initial one-year employment contract, with possibility of extension.
* Remuneration according to the SISCAT collective agreement.
* Full-time schedule: 8:00–15:00 h, plus one weekday per week from 8:00–18:30 h, plus on-site and remote weekend and holiday shifts.

**Requirements**
* Degree or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and specialist qualification in Hospital Pharmacy via FIR program.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Training in Pharmaceutical Care for Outpatient Patients.
* Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Care for Outpatient Patients.
* Experience with dispensing robots.
* Experience with Oncopharm®.
* Experience administering PROMs and PREMs.
* Experience with quality systems and certification.
* Participation in teaching activities or research projects.
* Communication skills: clear, empathetic, and assertive communication with patients and professional teams.
* Advanced digital competencies, particularly applied to the outpatient area.
