Professional development with company-funded training **Description:** ---------------- At Grupo Iman, specialists in outsourcing auxiliary services (security guards, receptionists, concierge staff, customer service, visitor management, access control, among others), we are looking for 1 Multitask Maintenance Technician to perform various tasks in logistics warehouses across the provinces of Madrid and Toledo. This technician will carry out work as required at different client sites located across various locations within the province; therefore, availability to travel throughout the province during working hours is essential. Corrective and Preventive Functions: * Electricity * Plumbing * Locksmithing * Painting * Shelving systems * Legionella prevention * Work at height We offer: * Indefinite-term contract * Salary: €22,500 to €25,000 gross per year * Working schedule: Monday to Friday, either 7:00–15:00 or 9:00–18:00 * Company vehicle At Grupo Iman, we are committed to gender equality; therefore, this recruitment process will strictly adhere to the principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunity, based solely on candidates’ merits and competencies. **Requirements:** --------------- * Valid Type B driving license * Availability to travel throughout the province **Desirable Qualifications:** * Vocational Training (FP) or Medium/Higher Level Degree in any maintenance-related field. * Shelving system maintenance and validation * Basic Legionella certification * Welding * Elevated platform operation * Forklift operation (counterbalance, reach, stacker, electric pallet truck, order picker) * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) If you do not hold these certifications, the company will cover the required training
