We are looking for an experienced aerospace painter to join our production department. The candidate will apply coatings and paints to aerospace components, prepare surfaces, and maintain equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Apply coatings and paints to aerospace components using appropriate methods and techniques. * Surface preparation: sanding, priming, and masking according to specifications. * Inspection and maintenance of painting tools and equipment. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and on-time deliveries. * Comply with safety and environmental standards. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of prior experience as an aerospace painter, including surface preparation and masking. * Certification or training in aerospace painting. * Solid knowledge of paint and coating application techniques. * Precision, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety and environmental protocols. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Personal vehicle. * Availability for rotating shifts, including possible work from Monday to Sunday according to schedules. Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in equipment maintenance, blueprint reading, or quality control knowledge.
