We are currently recruiting a Paint Process Engineer to perform, among others, the following responsibilities: * Manage projects. * Ensure part quality and delivery timelines. * Modify programs for optimization. * Resolve process-related issues. * Maintain paint lines. * Prepare technical process documentation. * Commissioning. * Supplier management. **Requirements:** --------------- * Engineering degree or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Experience in automotive environments. * Knowledge of painting, mechanics, electronics, and automation. * High level of English (minimum B2). * Italian language skills are a plus. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: 7 AM to 3 PM. * Continuous professional development. * Competitive compensation. * Participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
