We are seeking a Marshall to join our team at the Golf del Sur course. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth gameplay, enforce club rules, and provide courteous service to players. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Monitor the pace of play on the course \* Inform and remind players of etiquette and safety rules. \* Coordinate with the Caddy Master, Starter, and course staff. \* Address the needs of members and visitors with a friendly and professional approach. \* Supervise the overall condition of the course and report any incidents. \* Support the organization of tournaments and sporting events REQUIREMENTS: \* Prior experience in customer service. \* Basic knowledge of golf. \* Strong communication and empathy skills. \* Organized and responsible individual, capable of working effectively in a team. \* Availability to work weekends and holidays. \* Valid driving license (Category B).
