Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for community cleaning and maintenance in Málaga, including minor repairs and knowledge of pool maintenance. Key Points: 1. Community cleaning and maintenance 2. Minor masonry and painting repairs 3. Knowledge of pool maintenance We require a permanent staff member to work at a residential complex in Málaga city. Winter working hours will be from 8:00 to 13:00, and summer hours will be from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. The tasks involved will include community cleaning and maintenance, as well as minor masonry and painting repairs. Knowledge of pool maintenance is essential. Position Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from €720.00 per month Application Questions: * A personal vehicle is mandatory for traveling between communities.
