Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance supervisor for an apartment building, performing masonry, electrical, plumbing, painting tasks, and supervision of installations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of hot water and chiller installations We need a person responsible for maintaining a rental apartment building in Bormujos. Tasks include masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and general repairs. Painting duties will also be carried out, as well as monitoring and supervision of domestic hot water (DHW) systems and the chiller unit. This is a permanent full-time position. The offered salary ranges between €18,000 and €19,000 gross per year.
