The maintenance staff is responsible for managing any type of repair and/or conditioning that may arise in a residence, ensuring it remains in optimal condition and fully functional. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services as needed. * Repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in residences. * Coordinate and manage repairs and minor construction works, including furniture assembly, wall painting, etc. * Maintain tools and the corresponding workspace in our office organized and in perfect condition. **Requirements and Skills:** ----------------------------- * Relevant knowledge in various maintenance fields: masonry, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry. * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance/construction. * Professional attitude and attention to detail. * Ability to quickly identify and implement solutions for any technical issue. * Easy access to Málaga’s historic city center. **Conditions and Benefits** ---------------------------- ### **Location** Málaga and the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella) ### **Working Hours** 10:00 \- 19:00, 5 days per week. ### **Contract** Possibility of permanent contract after a 3-month probationary period.
