We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective tasks across various technical areas, manage incidents, and collaborate on equipment inspections.

1. Preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning.
2. Rapid and efficient response to incidents and breakdowns.
3. Collaboration in periodic technical equipment inspections.
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a tourism-sector company located in Pals.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in areas including electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and plastering, among others. Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents or breakdowns reported by other departments or identified during routine rounds. Collaborate in periodic inspections of equipment such as water pumps, boilers, electrical panels, air conditioners, elevators, fire protection systems, etc. Support the installation and maintenance of lighting fixtures, sockets, faucets, locks, household appliances, etc. Report to the Maintenance Manager regarding requirements for spare parts, tools, or materials. Comply with safety, hygiene, and occupational risk prevention procedures and regulations. Keep technical and work areas clean, orderly, and safe. Complete work orders and technical reports according to the implemented management system.
Minimum experience: 3 months. Prior experience is valued.

* Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1800'
* Additional information: Fixed-term discontinuous contract with an approximate duration of 8 months. Intensive full-time working hours, either from 7:00 to 15:00 h and/or from 15:00 to 23:00 h. Weekend work is required; two days off per week. Gross monthly salary between 1\.600 € and 1\.800 €, paid in 14 installments. Start date: May 11, 2026\.
