Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance staff to assist in the care and maintenance of facilities at a senior residence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in the maintenance and conservation of facilities 2. Carrying out painting tasks and minor repairs 3. Managing access for trade guilds within the premises We are looking for maintenance staff for a senior residence located in Zaragoza, postal code 50\.019\. The primary objective is to closely collaborate with the maintenance supervisor in maintaining and conserving the facilities. Daily duties include painting tasks, minor machinery repairs, and managing access for various trade guilds requiring entry to the premises to carry out interventions. To perform these duties, relevant vocational training or specific training in building maintenance is preferred. This position is offered under a temporary full-time contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. The annual gross salary is €17\.094, paid in 12 installments.
